Dr. Arredondo became President of The Chicago School of Professional Psychology this year after senior administrative roles with the University of Wisconsin and Arizona State University.She was also founder and president of Empowerment Workshops, Incorporated, an organizational consulting firm based in Boston. Author of more than 100 articles, she has an extensive scholarship record with a focus on multicultural counseling and women’s leadership.
Through her work as the founder and president of Empowerment Workshops, Arredondo took on the roles of entrepreneur, psychologist and organizational consultant. Arredondo’s consulting company focused on assessing workplace culture, addressing barriers to workplace diversity and offering business strategies to increase workplace diversity.
